Rooms were very nice, a nice renovation.

Parking lot was a little dark and seemed unsafe.

From the outside, the hotel is not very appealing. once you step inside, it looks fantastic. The rooms were very nice, and the staff was very friendly. I didn't love the area, it seemed a little unsafe, but the hotel provides complimentary rides into downtown, which was very nice! ...read more

Good room service.

No internet connection available.

The front desk personnel told me that the building engineers were working on the problem of no internet connectivity. They told my colleague the same thing two weeks prior.
